I've fixed the first link (I guess), as for the second one: there's not really
a problem; on the restful action mapper, the next link is "Profiling" (so
there's an extra page). Either we provide an extra link to the restful action
mapper on the action mapper page, and let 'next' point to Profiling, or we add
the restful action mapper in the list of items under the 'Core Developers
Guide' listing. Or we simply ignore it.
