I have no access to that dev machine here, will try to answer this question in
about 6 hours.
But I am pretty sure I tried to make some variants of that sample and use 3
anchors:
* inside the form
* outside the form but still inside the parentDIV - formId set
* outside the parentDIV - formId set
I am sure it still did not work, but now I am not sure if it still did not
append params or if it failed to meke the request completely. I will verify it
later today and send some comment here.
