The problem in having just one "notifyTopics" attribute is that those notify
topics will be called several times(before, after, error), so if you need to
link two tags using the topics, a javascript function needs to be written to
filter out the topics. Compatibility won't be broken as "notifyTopics" will
still be available as is.
