I am puzzled. Last time I tried all theses perf tips it did not work out.
However now it does on 2.0.6.
Have I missed something in my previous attempt? It could be.
So, yes following these tips does help a lot and I can achieve approximatly the
same rendering performances I experienced with the patch.
