Ted Husted closed WW-1795.
--------------------------

       Resolution: Not A Problem
    Fix Version/s: 2.0.7
         Assignee: Ted Husted

Not the right forum for this question.

The reason it would do that is because the MIME type isn't set right, so the
browser doesn't think it's a HTML page, or because for some odd reason the
browser isn't set to handle .html files.

But, again, this is not the right forum for the question.

> I'm sorry if this problem has already been asked but I was wondering why when
> I try to access a page using Apache it tells me "You have chosen to download
> a file from this location.
> testpage.html http://localhost
> What would you like to do with this file?
> Open file from it's current location
> Save this file to disk"
> I just want it to open the file when I type in the URL why does this happen
> and how can I get rid of it?
> Thanks,
> John
