Tree tag should be able to load its nodes using ajax

The tree tag will have an "href" attribute which will be the url called to load
the nodes of the tree. When a node is expanded a request will be made to the
"href" url passing a "nodeId" parameter with the id of the expanded node. For
the root nodes, "nodeId" won't be set in the request.
The result must be a json string in the form:

label: "text of node1",
id: "id1",
hasChildren: true
},
{
label: "text of node2",
id: "id2",
hasChildren: false
}
]
each node will be loaded once. To reload a node use the "reload()" function of
the treenode widget.
