The whole Dojo changed, let's move it to 2.1 as it will be easier to enable
more explicit debug (Dojo can be use uncompressed). I don't have a Mac, so I
can't debug it myself. On 2.1, set the head tag to:
<sx:head debug="true" compressed="false" />
and post the output here.
