Presumably this is related to STR-2959?
Martin pointed out to me earlier that up to Commons FileUpload 1.1 it didn't
cope with file sizes > 2GB and only the new Streaming API (introduced by Jochen
in FileUpload 1.2) could deal with larger files. So the changes for STR-2959
don't make any difference if the user doesn't also upgrade the Commons
FileUpload implementation.
Could you be more verbose in future on Jira tickets - otherwise it makes it
more difficult for people to understand the changes you're making and what they
need to do. If what I said above is correct - then a note on STR-2959 about the
requirement to upgrade and a link to the ticket would be a good idea.
