Typical, the URL you should access is something like
http://localhost:8080/pluto/portal. This is described in the pluto
documentation. From there, follow the descriptions for deploying portlets from
the pluto documentation. It's not enough to have the pluto jars in Tomcat, you
need to access the portlet examples through pluto.
