Attached is an archive containined two very simple applications,one for Struts
1 and one for Struts 2 that can be used to benchmark and compare performance.
I've attempted to make them basically equivalent in both versions. Also
included is a JMeter test plan to run. The S2 version includes JARs for OGNL
2.7 and Javaassist (but they are at present not used, but can be switched on it
needed). The idea is that people can extend these, keeping in mind that any
changes should be done in such a way that the equivalent (or close enough as to
be reasonable) in both S1 and S2. All source with Ant build script is invluded.
