Warn using the classic RequestProcessor

Fix For: 1.4.0
Too many people are not realizing the RequestProcessor has been superceded by
the ComposableRequestProcessor. Enhancements and bug fixes are only going
towards the latter. To raise awareness, the former will emit a log warning when
a subclass is not of type ComposableRequestProcessor.
