The servlet objects are not available in a portlet environment, so the
ServletConfigInterceptor is expected not to work there. Instead, work with the
portlet request/context objects. We'll probably have to add a
PortletConfigInterceptor. FileUpload error is a duplicate of WW-1989.
Model-driven we will have to look into.
