Fixed value on radio button tag template

The radiomap.ftl file, inside template.css_xhtml source folder has a fixed
value for location of controllfooter.ftl (<#include
"/${parameters.templateDir}/css_xhtml/controlfooter.ftl" />). It should be
parametrized just like controllheader.ftl is. Just change "css_xhtml" for
"${parameters.theme}".
