Resolution: Won't Fix
We should really think about merging this tag with the
http://cwiki.apache.org/S2PLUGINS/extratags-plugin.html since extratags was
meant for misc. tags that aren't currently part of core. I'm closing this
issue since it was implemented as an external plugin.
