Paul Benedict resolved STR-3069.
--------------------------------
Resolution: Won't Fix
Fix Version/s: (was: Future)
The difficulty with abstract mappings is that you can't identify them without
adding a useful "id" attribute. I wouldn't want to use the "name" because it
takes up a URL, whereas Spring "name" also allows an internal name. So marking
this as WONTFIX.

> A root action mapping should be able to exist without it being concrete
> entry. I propose adding an "abstract" attribute to action mappings so
> extensions can be templated. Also, S2 and Spring have this useful concept.
