In the doubleselect tag the doubleEmptyOption, doubleHeaderKey and
doubleHeaderValue parameter are ignored, from what I can see in the code the
doubleselect.ftl template does not reference these variables so I guess the
functionality is missing.
It would be also useful to have two separated labels for the two selects with a
parameter called for example doubleLabel.
