There's something pretty strange about the web site right now, since we seem to
have (at least) three different URLs for the building_view page:
* http://struts.apache.org/1.x/userGuide/building_view.html
* http://struts.apache.org/1.x/struts-taglib/building_view.html
* http://struts.apache.org/struts-action/struts-taglib/building_view.html
The third one appears to redirect to the second one, and the first and second
do not have the same content. Something is very wrong...
