Microformats (http://microformats.org/about/) uses some W3C html attributes
that Struts tags doesn't currently support. For example, "rel" and "rev"
(http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40/struct/links.html#adef-rel) are used specially
on links.
Add the support to both attributes to Struts 2 tags, mainly "s:a".
