Attempting to implement the Struts2-blank project. Get either a 404 or 500. I
could not find a stack trace.
Environment is RAD7 and WebSphere 6.1.0.9
I suspect the FilterDispatcher is either not invoked or it causes the 404/500
codes, without crashing.
Have checked the Apache Struts 2 forums and found nothing. The only possible
reference was for a problem that was fixed in WebSphere 6.1.0.5.
