Removal of dependancy in poms on tools.jar from 1.5.0

Some of the pom.xml files (including core and annotations) have a dependancy on
the tools.jar from JDK 1.5.0. 1.5.0 is being end of lifed and so we should
either update the dependancy to 6.0 or remove it if it is not neccessary.
