The only thing I'd mention is that I'd prefer there still be a file upload
interceptor page (which could include a pointer to your consolidated version)
so there's a page for "all" (modulo any already missing) interceptors.
I'd also put a toc macro before the main content (but after the intro). (It can
be tweaked to start looking at a specified h (header) depth if needed.)
But from a quick scan it looks great.
