DevMode is set to false, but still get Warning messages

We have set the property devMode=false is the struts.xml. However, the logs
still indicate
Caught OgnlException while setting property 'clearRequest' on type
'org.apache.struts2.dispatcher.ServletActionRedirectResult'.
The documentation indicate that these messages should appear i log files only
with devMode = true.
