I'm only marking this as "implemented" because we added an assembly to the
struts build/release process that pulls down a current copy of the wiki with
the release. Since 2.1.x is now GA, with each release, we should be getting an
appropriate mirror of the docs. Although it's not perfect, it is the best we
can do right now.
