if struts.convention.action.alwaysMapExecute is false would this impact methods
identified by annotated methods? e.g.
# @Before - will be invoked before the action method. If the returned value is
not null, it is returned as the action result code
# @After -will be invoked after the action method. If the returned value is not
null, it is returned as the action result code
or would @Before and @After be disregarded?
