DWR version 2.0.5 and 3.0rc1 are not getting deteced by struts 2.1.6

DWR library v2.0.5 or 3.0 when configured is not getting located (throwing 404
exception) from the Struts v2.1.6, however when the library replaced to Struts
v2.0.11 the configuration is working perfectly fine.
