In case you want to test without setting up glassfish in your IDE, here is a
quick pom.xml change you can apply. Then, you can run -
mvn org.glassfish:maven-glassfish-plugin:run
and it will run your app in glassfish v3. In v3, I can't reproduce the problem.
I haven't tested in v2 or v2.1.
