Attribute "disabled" of dojo anchor, dojo submit doesn't work!
<sx:submit disabled="true" ...other attr.../> does not work under firefox 3.
<sx:submit disabled="disabled" ...other attr.../>, <sx:submit
disabled="'true'" ...other attr.../> and <sx:submit disabled="'disabled'"
...other attr.../> don't work too.
The same case happens also on <sx:a />.
