The binary distribution of older releases on
http://archive.apache.org/dist/struts/binaries/ seem all corrupted.
Try to download struts-1.2.9-bin.tar.gz for example, and the size is only about
4.8M while the web site says it is about 13M. Trying to expand the gz file
gives error messages like "unexpected end of archive".
sometime the download yields a 9.6M file but the expansion error just the same.
this seems to happen to all of the archived binaries there, not just 1.2.9.
This prevents someone from building Tomcat 5.5.x following instructions there,
since the ant build scripts downloads struts from the archive web site and
expands it automatically, The ant build fails on this step.
