No argument about moving to a later release.
Clearly that import should go away, or be modified to wherever the referenced
string is defined. This was even mentioned in the initial submission: "Clearly
the one constant referred to in this code would need to find a new home, too.".
com.seenabout.Constants.PREFIX_BASED_MAPPER_CONFIGURATION is just the string
"struts.mapper.prefixMapping" and can live anywhere it is deemed appropriate.
