The resource strings in "dojo_zh.js", "dojo_zh-cn.js" and "dojo_zh-tw.js" 
(inside directory "org/apache/struts2/static/dojo/nls") are invalid.

The problematic strings are "BC", "Morning", "Afternoon", "September" to 
"December".
