Description: 503 Service Unavailable Servlet error: Parsing error
processing resource path /WEB-INF/struts-config.xml is occuring in Solaris 10.
We have been using this struts application for the past 1 year without any
issue. We did not make any changes on Server level or OS level or application
level. This application is deployed as OC4J on Oracle application server
10.1.2. We are getting these error only for the last 2 days when we try to
access the application. JDK Version 1.5.0_22.
