The patch includes my changes to clean up the names, StrutsTestCase from the
JUnit Plugin I've renamed to StrutsJUnitTestCase, the same I did for
StrutsTestCase from the TestNG Plugin and renamed it to StrutsTestNGTestCase.
StrutsTestCase used internally in Struts2 Core renamed to
StrutsInternalTestCase.
Please review the changes, but I think it should be postponed till 2.5 as it
will break backward compatibility.
Anyway support for the Convention Plugin should be introduced ASAP :-)
