No, i haven't configured neither annotation scanning nor component scanning 
since its not required (optional) when we use struts2-spring-plugin. I haven't 
tried using CDI plugin either. Even i'm confused do we really need to use the 
context annotation and component scanning configuration? First of we are not 
using annotation to inject dependencies since we like to go more declarative 
way.
