Getting
java.io.FileNotFoundException: http://struts.apache.org/dtds/struts-2.1.7.dtd
When I try to go into my app. Haven't had this issue before. So I assume the
files have been there up to this date. But of course I have never needed to
check before, so I could be wrong.
There seem to be a lot of references to that DTDS folder in the framework,
though.
