The URL links on the left of 2.3.x documentation do not work. Just go to
http://struts.apache.org/release/2.3.x/index.html and click, for example, on
Tutorials on the left. You'll get "Not found" page for URL
http://struts.apache.org/release/2.3.x/docs/tutorials.html.
