in struts2-convention-plugin-2.3.14.jar , <constant
name="struts.convention.action.includeJars"
value=".*?/myation.*?jar(!/)?"/>，isn,t working;but in
struts2-convention-plugin-2.3.8.jar is ok,
i found Line 416(code is urlSet.include(new UrlSet(classLoaderInterface,
this.fileProtocols)); ) in
org.apache.struts2.convention.PackageBasedActionConfigBuilder class may be have
a bug,i change it to urlSet = urlSet.include(new UrlSet(classLoaderInterface,
this.fileProtocols); the bug disappears.
