Dave Newton commented on WW-4117:
---------------------------------
I guess I don't view "authenticated" as a role, rather a state, but it depends
on what's meant by "authenticated" here.
I'm wary of allowing both a whitelist and blacklist at the same time as it
relies on hidden knowledge regarding precedence. Ultimately I'm ambivalent.

> The isAllowed method of RolesInterceptor does not enforce the disallowedRoles
> when allowedRoles are configured. ex:
> {code}
> <interceptor-ref name="roles">
> <param name="allowedRoles">authenticated</param>
> <param name="disallowedRoles">restrictedUser</param>
> </interceptor-ref>
> {code}
> With the above configuration a user with the roles "authenticated", and
> "restrictedUser" would be granted access.
