i bulid a develop planform, overwrite ObjectFactory method:
public Object buildAction(String actionName, String namespace, ActionConfig
config, Map<String, Object> extraContext) throws Exception;
in this method write java source code:
config.getLocation() ->value = null, after fix this bug, value=
jar:file:/D:/developers/ide/apache-maven-repositories/net/newcapec/v3/v3-core/3.5.0-SNAPSHOT/v3-core-3.5.0-SNAPSHOT-v3.jar!/struts.xml
use this control action class must in this jar(v3-core-3.5.0-SNAPSHOT-v3.jar),
not allow use action not exist this jar.
