The problem is that Core depends on many JSP related libs also Convention
plugin isn't properly supported - I don't see simple way to eliminate all those
dependencies right now. I'm planning to move JSP support to dedicated plugin
(the same for Velocity and FreeMarker) so Core will only depends on servlet-api
but it rather won't happen in 2.3.x series.
