Are you really using so much of S2 CSS classes in your app-s? Ftl, js - have
you created some custom theme? If yes you probably should use your own CSS
classes. And classes inside CSS files are pretty easy to migrate, after all S2
isn't CSS framework. Also don't forget that we are talking not only about
existing app-s, but about new as well. It would be a lot easier to start with
S2 + some CSS framework if there weren't collisions between CSS classes.
