Summary: ServletActionContext.getRequest() doesn't return the
MultiPartRequestWrapper (or StrutsRequestWrapper) when using
StrutsPrepareFilter (was: ServletActionContext.getRequest() never return the
MultiPartRequestWrapper (or StrutsRequestWrapper) whem using
StrutsPrepareFilter)
