Ok, so i understand you can't handle this particular use case ? (ie when web
app is not expanded)
Cause when i expand my war, it works fine...without modifying my struts config.
I tested today this version : 2.3.24.1, and it works perfectly with or without
war exploded.
This new version introduce a new way to load the context...and i can't have the
last security fix....
Do i have to change my listener ?
