In standalone artifacts https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/struts/2.5.5/
there seems to be a downgrade to commons-collections-3.2.1 where in 2.5.2 we
were on commons-collections-3.2.2? Shouldn't this be now 4.1?
No blocking issue at all though ;-)
