I do not got same stack as above.
This is my production environment log4.properties, with this setting I think
the warning is not showing.

We can reproduce in Integration Environment (randomly when restart Websphere
Application Server) so we can use your modified Struts and Ognl jars.
Sorry but can you also send your modified source code as well, as we can add
some more details.
