This relates to WW-4853
Deprecated documentation is available on https://struts.apache.org/docs/, with
the replacement (where available) being located at
http://struts.apache.org/core-developers/
For users coming via search engines, it is not apparent that the former has
been deprecated and that newer versions are available elsewhere.
Consider:
* marking deprecated pages as such and linking to the new ones, or
* moving deprecated pages to a new (archive) folder, and redirecting existing
links to new pages; see https://www.w3.org/Provider/Style/URI
The current state is confusing at best.
