What do you think to replace with tomcat to support ASF?
{quote}
I would not do this. The jetty plugin has been around a while and a lot of
people use it.
>From a personal experience i can even confirm that even people running their
>applications on a tomcat server sometimes run it on the jetty-plugin localy.
I would not mind adding the tomcat maven plugin to it. But on the other hand,
the last release this plugin had was in 2013 and there's no plugin for tomcat 8
version yet for example.
> Upgrade to the latest Jetty plugin in all examples
