Hmm... if a container e.g. WebLogic implementation of 
{{URLConnection.getInputStream(struts-core.jar!/struts-default.xml)}} *for a 
jar* returns the whole jar then I think it is its fault not mine! See line#162 
of [Sun implementation of URLConnection for jar 
files|http://www.docjar.com/html/api/sun/net/www/protocol/jar/JarURLConnection.java.html].

And today I suddenly recalled I myself learnt how to deal with  WW-4869 and 
WW-4901 from [Sun 
implementation|http://www.docjar.com/html/api/sun/net/www/protocol/jar/URLJarFile.java.html]
 itself. Please see it's lines #68 and 218.
