as he found the issue, proposed a solution for 2.6 (master), and
opened the JIRA.
- Updated HttpParameters, ActionMappingParametersInterceptor to prevent
multi-level Parameter wrapping from occuring.
- Added a new ActionMappingParametersInterceptorTest to verify the fix.
