A broader range of default excluded packages introduced with the previous
Struts 2 release produces a failure for the single file upload example of the
Showcase application. The issue was discovered by Lukasz Lenart during work on
the 2.6 release.
It appears to be possible to fix this without adjusting the excluded packages.
A PR to resolve this should be available soon.
