I have attached three log files for comparison. They all start outputting at
the start of the JSP file. You can see that Tomcat 11 aborts beforehand
without changing the "struts.action.extension" switch. Versions 10 and 11 (OK,
with changed switch) work completely. I can't explain it, I can't yet
understand the error in smaller applications.
